lv-ab: Non-skid deck protection

    I was asked yesterday if there was a product that could be applied to the
    non-skid areas of the deck which would protect it from the UV rays. I
    can't ever remember applying anything to those areas, but I told my
    fellow sailor I would post the question to the group. I'm going to be
    re-doing my non-skid (it's ablating), and another sailor told me he was
    going to try a product called "Tuff Coat" on his decks. It contains small
    rubber particles. It sounds attractive because it can just be re-applied
    when worn, with little surface preparation.
    Has anyone tried, or heard about "Tuff Coat"? Mike s/v Last Call
