We have a design on the boards and a prototype built of a bilge pump
    turn-off delay.
It is a little block of epoxy with two leads coming out that you connect
    across the float switch.
It continues to run the bilge pump for 60 seconds after the float switch
    turns off.
It draws no power from the battery.
We haven't gone into production because we were concerned that it would be
    too expensive.
It would retail for about $55 - perhaps $45 on discount.
POLL: would you spend that much for such an item?
Please respond by email to so we don't clutter the board.
I'll publish the results later if anyone is interested.
