This stuff is excellent for certain things, strong glue joints are not one of them.
If allowed to expand, the glue is the same as "great stuff" poly foam.
It is much more controllable however and the Elmer's "ultimate" glue
comes out more dense.
I have been using it to repair foam cored items. If you have damage, you can cut
the skin away and then pour some glue in a cup and whip it up with a
sprinkle of water. You then pour it in to the crack/cavity or whatever
and it goes off in about 3 to 5 minutes. I hardens in a couple hours and
you slice away the extra, fill with light weigh spackle, sand flush and apply
fiber glass.
You could also use this as an expanding foam insulation.
