    OK!

First, let me thank all those that have already answered my query. Several
said it would be better if I gave an idea of what I was looking for. When I
have searched yachworld.com I have usually entered the following in the
    Advanced Search section:

        New/Used used
        Hull material fiberglass
        Fuel diesel
        Number Engines 1
Type Cruiser and sometimes Center Cockpit
        Length 38' to 46 foot
        Year 1970 to 2003
        Price 0 to 80000
        State/Province Multiple

I usually search along the eastern seaboard and sometimes in Wisconsin or
    Michigan.
unless I come across exceptional equipment.

On Google I usually enter something like "sailboat ketch for sale" with and
without the quotes. Not always "ketch" tho I learned to sail on one and have
    good memories.

I like the sites that have a lot of photos, especially of the interiors.

BTW: I took Stephen Perry's suggestion and checked out the Soundings site
and a lot of the boats there looked amazingly like ones I see on
    yachtworld.com.

Anyway, this is generally how I go about searching. Any other ideas? I am
making a trip to northern VA toward the end of the month to visit my son and
would like to find something to look over while I am down there.

    Vic
