Although I use a 5 watt "bag" phone.
with a external antenna. The antenna is atop the mast, and gives excellent
coverage. Running coastal, i have never been out of service range.

_____I'm curious as to who you use for the analog "bag phone" account and
what type of plan your able to get? It's getting extremely difficult to get
just an analog account and when you do they don't offer many minutes in the
plan...
