    Not my intention to rephrase Rogers question,...but too put a more direct
    spin on it, before it gets TOO off topic,.....
    What if you CAN'T (or not allowed, or the phone company won't do it, or the
    marine won't allow it,...or...etc.) have a land line, of any sort!
    I've seen marina's that have ZERO hookups,.( NO water/elec/phone/cableTV)
    ..including one, that would not even allow dock cleats!

    What's the best equipment one needs, too access the internet "wireless".
    (cost efficient, being a must!)
