    If you are going to be at the dock then just get a land line installed. It
    will be a lot cheaper for Internet and e-mail than a cell phone since they
    don't charge for usage. In my experience they don't charge any more for a
    phone at the dock than one at your house. Verizon Wireless has something
    called a Mobile Office kit that will let you use your cell phone to connect
    your computer to the Internet. It has a cable and compression software
    called Venturi that will make things faster. But you are going to be using
    daytime minutes. They have other Internet services but they are expensive.
