    Finally a use for that piece of Magma crap; however, I think the real
    secret is a good cast iron skillet.

    BTW, I use olive oil for almost every thing, but think I would use peanut
    oil for this since it burns at a much higher temperature than olive oil.

    Always use peanut oil in the wok. Have had olive oil ignite in a wok.
