The list has been quiet so I thought I'd make some noise.
I just bought a stack of dri-dek tiles to put under the mattress on my boat. Hopefully it will cut down on the mildew problems. I had a local foam shop custom cut a latex mattress and sew a plain cotton cover. They did a nice job, but when I get up in the morning I can feel the moisture on the underside of the mattress which has created a nice bloom of black mildew. Up till now I've been propping a hatch board upright under the mattress during the day so it has a chance to dry out. Hopefully the airspace created by the dri-dek will have the same result after I install it. Has anybody had luck with this stuff?
For anyone interested, I found that you can buy dri-dek factory direct from Kendall Products for significantly cheaper than most distributors, plus they offer lost of colors. At www.dri-dek.com, they have tiles for $3.38 (versus $4.99 at We$t Marine).

(disclaimer: I have no ties to the dri-dek folks, but we used to use their stuff to line the gear compartments of our fire trucks and was duly impressed)
