    Mount the noisy part on resilient mounts attached to something with great
    mass. The more resilient, the more mass, the less vibrations passed on.
    Airborne sound needs to have airways blocked by airtight enclosures. Sound
    absorbing materials are two. Those that soak up sound into foamlike sinks
    and those that use a lead membrane between two layers of resilient material.
