lv-ab: Inboard Engine Replacement

    Hi, Everybody!

Well, I'm still working on the new website. I'm now trying to describe the
process involved with replacing an inboard engine (preferably on a sailboat,
as I'm biased). ;-) Have any of you ever done this? Would you be willing
to describe the procedure to me? (Don't feel like you have to type a
lot...I'd be willing to call you for an "interview" if you'll send me your
phone number). Did you run into difficulties that were unexpected? How
much did it cost to replace your engine? Were you able to do the work
yourself, or did you pay to have it done?

Anything and everything that you can provide about replacing an engine would
be appreciated. Fortunately, Candide's engine is just fine...and I'm hoping
that it will be many years before I have to have it replaced. So, I have to
rely on others to share their experiences.

    Thanks!
