I have a 8 KW genset, that's only 15 HP but it weighs hundreds of pounds.
Trust me, no one is going yank this machine out of the engine room and *toss*
it in the back of a pick up.
There are many other reasons that this hybird idea is not a good idea, but I
suspect inefficency and complexity would be the primary ones.
