No, it is an ERROR in Outlook Express.
When I change the message to plain text for lv-ab it leaves some remenants
in the email and I have no access to them to clean it up. They don't show
on the original and cannot be edited out but get transmitted. The
background name, "Glacier", gets added in front of the text and the emptied
background file tags along as trash also. Hey, its Microsoft and free, what
do you expect?
