    My guess is it is unlikely that AOL offers TMDA.

    You would likely need a local or regional ISP that has some flexibility to
    set this up.

    Or, I suppose you could forward your AOL e-mail to a person or ISP that can
    run TMDA on your e-mail for you.

    However, I would imagine that AOL offers some type of spam filtering.
