Remember to set your email program to tell the server to only send you the
first 5k (the lowest setting on Outlook Express) of any message. That
essentially solves the spam problem for me. Even the cell phone receives 5k
messages quickly. If any message of interest is longer than 5k, you simply
ask it to receive the message in full next time you log on.
Happy to help anyone with detail on how to change the setting...
