Aboard Bandersnatch we have two 1.4 cubic foot Engel reefers. The one set to
zero degrees, the "freezer", operates most of the time, draws about two amps,
so uses about fifty AH per day. The other is set to 38 degrees, the
"reefer", runs about 6 to 12 hours a day (depending on ambient temp) using 12
to 24 AH per day. We are now looking at Sun Danzer units that are 5 cubic
feet but have 4.3 inches of insulation and are said to use about the same
amount of power per day.
