If one pays for on-line time, as I do, someone using my Internet connection
without my permission IS stealing from me.

Even if I have unlimited service, someone using my Internet connection is
somewhat like someone camping out in my backyard without my consent.

Wouldn't another person using my Internet connection prevent or interfere
    with my communications?
