    Jack,

    You've burst my bubble! ;-{
    I always dreamed of moving back to Sarasota. When we
    lived there, we kept our boat at the Sarasota Sailing
    Squadron. We did not live aboard. If I remember
    correctly, they oinly had one T dock for short use.
    moorings were the norm.
    Across the pond my room-mate kept his ski boat @
    Marina Jack I really don't recall sailboats there.
    I came across a marina's website located in Bradenton
    that seem very nice and frendly. Unfurtunatley it was
    some time ago. Might have been Bradenton Beach
    Marina, I don't know.
    I also remember that some people rented private slips
    on peoples back yard. I had a couple of friends that
    did this. But, you might need a local newspapper for
    this.
    Bradenton seems like the place to go.

    Thanks Jack.
    Alfredo
