    Hi Joe,

    Is your company hiring?
I'm an IT professional in NYC.

Sarasota is gorgeous, but you'll likely find cheaper
marinas in Venice or Bradenton. Plenty of cool things
to do in Sarasota. I lived there for 3 years while
going to college and loved it. Tampa is too big of a
city. I personally don't like it. W. Palm is very
expensive, but it's a lively town. I find the east
coast of Fl to be too busy for my lay back style. To
Cocoa Beach I never been to. But with a name like that
can't be too bad. San Juan is nice to load the boat
before going cruising. St. John is tiny but in a great
    sailing area.

I would go with either St. John or Sarasota.

You are a very lucky man.

    Best of luck,
    Alfredo
