    I agree with Lee's comment. If you are using your batteries at all these
    small panels will be working overtime just trying to keep them charged let
    alone boil them dry. Under the best of conditions they have quite a low
    output and when you consider their likely average output, taking into
    account clouds, shadows and darkness, I can't see them overcharging a
    battery.

    These panels are small, producing a total of only about 1 amp, (for all 3)
    or a "trickle" charge, not enough to boil a battery. Wire one to the start
    batt and 2 to the house batt. No regulator is necessary, it would never do
    anything anyway, it would just keep the panels fully connected.
