    Using all 3 of them without a regulator is a bit too much unless you live in
    Prince Rupert and never see full sunlight.
    You can safely use 1 panel (probably 2 in the winter)for a pair of deep
    cycle 12v. batteries.
    These 5w panels are on sale now at Harbor Freight for $35./panel. The are
    cheap Chinese panels,
    but actually work fairly well.I have a couple smaller 150mah panels of the
    same variety. I am concerned about the weather proofing of the case, but
    they have held up well for over 3 years in full exposure....
    I still have access to some very nice controllers at $20.00/unit, but the
    wholesaler has a minimum order,
    so I would need to get 5 at a time.
    I would be willing to put another order together, if there are enough
    takers. I already have 4 of them and don't need any more....
