Well, I suspect that getting filtered oil into the galleries from the prelube pump wouldn't be that hard... If nothing else, add another filter, but you could probably also presurize the proper tap on the primary fuel filter housing. You'd pump some back down the stock oil pump&intake, but if even only 1/2 went through the galleries, you'd get the benefit.
Also, I belive some people install bypass filters as well, which would mean the sump could be pretty clean anyway. But that may be a little much for a sailboat engine.
