Yes, Pactor III is faster, but you need to have the other station using it.
If you are using ham radio....good and well, but sailmail said they were not
going to upgrade.
AND>>>once you have pactor III, you can not change your sailmail user
name...it must remain the same...no matter how much spam you are getting and
no matter how hard you want to change your sailmail user name.
