    I normally use Pegasus, a free eMail program that handles this very
    well. You can do a selective download from the menu. It gives you a
    list of all the headers, and an option to delete, download, or both
    for each of them. Saves a lot of time when out sailing and using a
    cellphone for email. Also a good general choice; I have been using it
    exclusively for over 6 years. Available at www.pmail.com
