The RV folks make a gizmo that consists of a PVC pipe with a garden hose
fitting on one end and a spinning brass nozzle on the other small enough to
pass down their toilet drains into the holding tank to blast debris loose in
the tank.
This might be helpful if one could stick it in the tank somehow.
