    Then Magma made the switch to ceramic plates. It was my impression that the
    screen had been consumed by fire. There was some talk at the time about
    metallic contamination of the food and they switched to ceramic. Once they
    replaced the broken ceramic parts they sent me, mine has worked fine. No
    clue what they use now. Have they gone back to screens - nah! couldn't be.
