    The last time Powerboat Reports tested, here is what they came up with:
    They liked the Shakespeare 2030 and Naval PR-411 the best. They also
    liked the Dantronics Status with an adjustable gain control. The Naval
    and Dantronics lines are used a lot on commercial vessels. Sorry, I
    don't have URL's for them, but you should be able to find them.

    You specifically asked about omnidirectionals, but I have to mention I
    just got a Shakespeare 2050 that is directional, and rotatable from the
    cabin with a wireless remote control. It does a fantastic job of getting
    rid of ghosting so prevalent in marinas. If you're in a marina, I'd take
    a good look at it over an omni. If you spend more time at anchor in open
    spaces, the omni makes better sense.
