FWIW, I'm currently having problems with Nobeltec V6.5.616 and their level of
support is pretty thin. Specifically, the program freezes up the user
interface (that is, no response to menus or buttons or mouse clicks)
occasionally when advancing from one waypoint to the next while following a
route. The program generates an error dump which I've forwarded to customer
support. There was some initial response (didn't fix the problem, alas) but
now I seem to be relegated to "oh, another one of *those*" level. For a
company that claims to be so cutting edge, their customer support is seriously
    lacking.
