Go to a plumbing supply store. I purchased one there and have heard it
called variously a spud remover and a radiator nipple remover.

Subject: lv-ab: Through Hull fitting remover
Blank I understand that there is such a thing as a through hull fitting
removal tool. It has been described as tapered and fit notches on the side
of through hull fittings. I have checked catalogues from West Marine and
Boat US and cannot find such a creature. Does anyone have a suggestion as
to where I can purchase one?
