Frank, We switched plans upward but they would not let us go downward.

They do have a coverage plan which cover just the East Coast which may
be a little cheaper.

We took the trip to Ontario from New Jersey and found that coverage was
good with THe Trimode Phone. Several places we were on Analog service.
Norm (Bandership) said he had trouble with Verizon in Canada. No
service.
