I haven't been cited because my holding tank and plumbing is compliant. The
holding tank and pipes have been closely examined once but never for the
entire length of the pipe. The holding tank was glanced at twice at other
boardings. The attitude seemed to be if the tank is there it must be
properly installed and being used. Nobody checked to see if the seacock was
closed.
One morning in Provincetown MA the harbormaster appeared in my bedroom while
I was incapacitated in bed with acute sciatica pain and demanded that I flush
some red dye down the head.
