As others have pointed out, there are plenty of these wall brick type
power supplies around, but you do need to choose one with the right
characteristics. Many of them are not very well regulated, but instead
are dependent on some exact load to bring them down to the right
voltage. A lighter load can allow them to run at a voltage which might
be too high for your device. Some are not even well filtered DC,
especially if they are meant only for, e.g., charging batteries. And
others might not be powerful enough, so they will overheat or their
voltage will sag or cut off altogether.
Your equipment needs smooth regulated DC at the right power, so you need
to find one that puts out the right stuff.
It also needs the right plug, or you'll have to wire one up yourself to
match.
