George, you beat me to it! The thought of less than perfect water for
coffee in the morning is as serious a situation as I can think of, short of
the boat sinking!!
Hydro-Therapy has a 50 gal. tank plus the 10 gal in the water heater and is
used exclusively for washing and cooking. Coffee is always made from bottled
water and brewed fresh in a percolator whenever needed.
On the other hand, we purify the tank water with less-than-top-shelf vodka
so in a pinch, if we've _got_ to use tank water it's at least palatable.
