Richard,
I checked around other yards in my area , Oyster Bay, Long Island - L.I.
Sound cruising waters and anywhere from $8 to $12/ft seems to be average.
But that's a round trip and as I mentioned, includes the dock tune in the
spring. I know a major part of the cost is the crane time. Also they remove
the spreaders and replace them in the spring (your own, not new!) and also
spend time checking continuity on all the wiring and replace bulbs as
necessary.
