As Steve Weinstein said, I think the correct term is cutter/ketch or cutter headed ketch. Someone mentioned staysail ketch in an off list message, but I think this is incorrect. I believe a staysail ketch like a staysail schooner is a vessel which sets a triangular sail similar to a headsail on a stay between her masts.
Finally, sorry George, I don't think you can call your boat a cutter. I believe the inner stay has to be permanent and the jib flown from a bowsprit. I have heard the rather inelegant term "slutter" for a sloop with an inner forestay. It's up to you whether you want to adopt it...
