    Hi Folks,
My bow rail has been repaired & installed. The painter has finished gel coat repairs. I just reinstalled the forward bulkhead this morning. I have a list of things to do before I hit the water, but I'm hoping to get most of them finished by Sunday night and launch Monday morning.

I really hope the remainder of my cruise is less trouble, more enjoyable, and stress free. I probably won't be able to send or receive any email until I get to Charleston, unless I can pick up an ATT wireless signal.

If you ever find yourself in Belhaven, NC, be sure to use the public library. It has just been renovated, offers 4 computers for internet use, has a rack of paperback books that are "exchanges", but they have a good supply so if you have none to trade you can still take anything that piques your interest. The librarianm is very friendly & welcoming. Be sure to go to Ace hardware for any hardware needs, good people. The Post Office is good for forwarded mail and the clerks are very helpfull.

I had my work done at Forest River Marina & Boatyard. There is a Victorian Manor there that offers very comfortable accomodations, Saturday & Sunday buffets, and free use of a golf cart to get around town. Food Lion is a mile or 2 away, a 15 minute golf cart ride.

    Fred
