Actually I painted it a different color and it isn't kept in the open like
the other extinguishers.
I also believe it could be fatal, unlike pepper spray, this is the powdered
component and if you inhale too much of it, you may drown in your own
fluids.
It is also highly explosive in it's aerated state, so you could ignite it
with a flare if the cloud was wafting away from you.
