For sure whatever gets you out of it with the least damage is the right
thing to do. Problem is figuring out what that is. I guess if there
are already a bunch of guys standing around on your deck pointing guns
at your crew and guests, that is not the time to come charging up with a
gun, or even without one.

:-) There ya go! Or how about painting your boat bright yellow with
huge signs all around that read: "Danger! Ebola Virus On Board!" Of
course if the pirates can't read...
