    Red is not tinned.

    Have to correct this in case anyone was thinking of ordering. Got some of this
    wire home and found the black is tinned and red is not. Weird. They are
    unwilling to order the red tinned for me. Called today, apparently the navy
    only orders bare, and a bunch of other strangeness.

    I guess I'll solder the red.

    Wonder if a heat gun will work. 63/37 solder melts at 183 C / ~ 360 F and a
    good heat gun goes well beyond that.
