What to do with my LoranMy boat came with a functioning Loran unit. I have since bought a handheld GPS. Now I'm debating getting rid of the Loran. My questions are:

1.. Should I learn to use it and keep it as a backup nav device.
2.. If I get rid of it, how? Is there any market for them?

    Hi, Robb.
    1. Yes. With what is going on in the world, there may someday be a time when GPS is disabled entirely to civillian use for periods of time.
    2. There is no market for them at all.

    Colin Foster,

PS, I posted the credit to your card yesterday.
