    There are regular vacuums which do have a lot of fine dust that comes out
    the exhaust and there are wet vacs where the dust is contained in water,
    and there are HEPA vacs which have really good filters to avoid re
    contaminating the air. For really toxic stuff like lead, you can't use a
    regular vacuum OR dry dust OR dry sweep. You have to use wet clean-up
    methods or use a HEPA vac.
