lv-ab: sander for bottom paint?

    It's been 6 years, so it's time to repaint the bottom on Rainbow Chaser.
    (You don't want to overdo these things!)

    I'm curious what sanders you've found to be good for this? A fast one will
    generate too much heat and just gum up the paper with paint, but I don't
    know of a slow one to do it with.

    Any suggestions?
