You might try a penetrating epoxy- thin enough to seep into the cracks and
seal them. Maybe carefully applied with a syringe? A good source is
www.epoxyproducts.com . You don't want to call these guys on phone, unless
you have a good deal of time on your hands! They have a penetrating epoxy
that sells for $36 for a 48 oz. kit. It can be thinned 10% with xylene for
the little cracks. West Marine sells a Non-Skid paint that I've purchased,
but have yet to try. Maybe fill, sand, paint, and go over the existing
non-skid with the non-skid paint?
No connection with the above companies, except West Marine seems to have
some sort of open pipeline to my wallet!
