    Hi Folks,
     A dockmate recently measured 450 mA of current flowing from
    shorepower source, through his boat , and into the S.F. bay.
    I'm pretty darn sure that will eat our zincs DARN quick!
    should we;
    install isolation transformers OR
    install galvanic isolators?
    He is new to the marina and the boat that was there before
    was abandoned. I believe he had a direct connection from AC
    ground to the bay, therefore providing the rest of us on
    this dock some protection since after 3 years here my out of
    the water survey showed my zincs to be fine. That was two
    years ago though.
