Grandma Rosalie has one. From what she has said to me it is quite unstable
and "wiggly". The only advantage is that you can, with some effort, flatten
it and lash it to the rail.

You might remember that when she was in Key West during a gale she said she
was unable to render any assistance to a neighboring boat due in part because
of the type of dinghy she had. I have seen her alongside Bandersnatch in it.
I wouldn't recommend them for a yacht dinghy.

I have a 10' Caribe RIB with a 30 hp outboard. It is extremely stable and
capable. We in Gloucester today. Last year when we were here we
circumnavigated Cape Ann in our dingy in perfect safety. If it lost it today
I would buy a similar one tomorrow.
