    Yes there is, but I don't believe it. I think the most effective bilge pump
    is a gas engine driven emergency bilge pump. I have a Briggs 2" model with a
    three 9' sections of 2" suction hose and 1 1/2" fire hose. I saw a nifty
    2-cycle job in a pump shop I could easily pick up with one hand.
