I am currently looking at converting a electric stove to a propane stove on
boat a 36 foot trawler. I have seen some installations with a open propane
tank mounted with the flow overboard is this a safe way to mount the tank or is
a locker necessary?? Money is always a consideration and professionally built
    lockers are a added expense.
