Sunday after the storm and a clear nice day, a small powerboat caught fire
near Regatta Pointe
Marina, there was a small engine fire but the captain did not have a fire
extinguisher on board
so he jumped off the boat and swan to shore to get one. He was actually
swimming back with one
but of course gasoline burns real well and fast too! A tow-boat pushed it to
shore where the fire dept. used a fire hose to put it out. What a week!
