If I may comment - in my experience, electronic communication has a
somewhat lower than normal level of objectivity attached to it. It's
too easy for a poster to remain shielded by distance and anonymity,
and there are certainly some really vindictive people out there who
like nothing better than to malign the reputations of others.
I suspect in the long run it's safer not to encourage public
"warn-off's" of businesses, especially if they're not present on the
list to defend themselves.
