    Depends when the collision is going to occur. None of these rules
    apply
    until there's some danger of collision (except Rule 2; Rule 2
    always applies.)

    To answer an earlier question about size of dayshapes:
    ColRegs Annex I specifies minimum sizes for dayshapes, but allows
    reduction of size and spacing for vessels under 20 meters,
    commensurate
    with vessel length.
